The Association is committed to handling donations in accordance with the instructions provided by our generous donors, whether submitted online or offline. In the rare event of an erroneous donation or if a donor wishes to cancel their contribution, we will promptly address their concerns. Upon receiving a valid refund request, the Association will strive to respond to the donor within 3 business days.

The promptness of the refund process will vary depending on the type of credit card or banking instrument used for the transaction. To initiate a refund, the donor must submit a written request within 2 days of making the donation to the NGO’s official address or email jvmtrust3@gmail.com. This request should include the payment receipt and relevant personal details necessary to facilitate the refund process. We appreciate the support of our donors and are dedicated to ensuring a smooth and efficient donation experience.
